Why does not Exchange Server 2007 return "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacter s" when devices is doing provision?
I meet one issue about that server doesn't return the security policy "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters" from Exchange Server 2007.I apply the "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters" to the value "2" in the server. Then do provision with server, other security policies return to device correctly. But there is no "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters" in the sync packet. <Provision:Provision> <Provision:Status>1</> <Provision:Policies> <Provision:Policy> <Provision:PolicyType>MS-EAS-Provisioning-WBXML</> <Provision:Status>1</> <Provision:PolicyKey>1860875078</> <Provision:Data> <Provision:EASProvisionDoc> <Provision:DevicePasswordEnabled>0</> <Provision:AlphanumericDevicePasswordRequired>0</> <Provision:RequireStorageCardEncryption>0</> <Provision:DeviceEncryptionEnabled>0</> <Provision:AttachmentsEnabled>1</> <Provision:MinDevicePasswordLength>5</> <Provision:MaxInactivityTimeDeviceLock>300</> <Provision:MaxDevicePasswordFailedAttempts>5</> <Provision:MaxAttachmentSize/> <Provision:AllowSimpleDevicePassword>1</> <Provision:DevicePasswordExpiration/> <Provision:DevicePasswordHistory>0</> </> </> </> </></>My question is that how to let server return this policy or whether it is server's known issue? Who can help me to resolve above problem? Or if it is server issue, will it be update in later release?

BTW, I use the protocol version of ActiveSync 12.0, and server doesn't return "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters". If use the protocol 12.1 to sync with server, server will return the correct value of "MinDevicePasswordComplexCharacters".
